Featured Employee – Beth Schueler

At Universal, we received dozens of calls each day from our customers who are trying to solve problems with their SPECT cameras or are looking for advice from our applications experts. When they call, it’s the first person they talk to who sets the process moving toward a rapid resolution.
Beth Schueler is that very person. She is for most of our customers the voice of Universal Medical. With a deep background in customer service and experience in the medical industry, Beth evaluates what each customer call is about, meticulously notes pertinent information, and then assigns the right team member to handle the issue. Some people might think their job is done at that point, but that’s not Beth. She continues to track the job, process information, and handle all of the tasks required to document the case for both the customer’s reference and for our team. Getting this information right is a key part of how Universal Medical can serve so many customers with such a high degree of care.
