Universal offers a variety of cost-effective maintenance options customized to fit each customer’s individual requirements.
Full Service Contract: Covers all labor, travel, and parts. Includes 2 PM’s per contract year in addition to unlimited technical and applications phone support- Preventive Maintenance (PM) Only Contract: Covers 2 PM’s per contract year. Additional time and material service’s provided at standard rate.
- PM Plus Contract: Covers 2 PM’s per contract year. Includes a capped annual amount for additional time and material service’s provided at standard rate. Capped annual amount to be predetermined and based on equipment type.
- Custom Camera Coverage Contract: Tailored contracts including labor hours, travel hours, and parts with coverage amounts to meet individual customer needs. Technical and applications phone support also available per customer needs.
- Time and Material (T&M) Preferred: Provides labor hours, travel hours, and replacement parts at discounted rates.
- Multi-System discounts available.
- Camera Moves: Our experts will de-install, move, and reinstall your camera system.
- Camera Detector Replacement: New replacement detectors include a 6 month parts warranty and a three year crystal warranty from the crystal manufacturer.
- Camera Procurement: We buy pre-owned SPECT and SPECT/CT systems at fair market valuations.
