What You Should Expect from a Universal Service Visit

When you call Universal for service, you can anticipate a friendly and efficient communication.

We do our best to get to your facility as quickly as we can to get your system back up and running as soon as possible. We will provide you with an explanation of the problem to ensure everyone is on the same page. Updates will be given on the process throughout the visit to keep you in the loop and aware of what we are doing to rectify the problem. We will also ask you to think about anything else that might need attention. It’s our goal to ensure you’re satisfied with the way your system runs. If we can resolve a developing issue before it really becomes an emergency service call, that’s even better.

If you have left the facility before the service is complete, you can expect us to either follow up with a call or swing by the next day. We will email you a full detailed field-service report within 2-3 days of the visit.
