Tom Motter
(1953-2017)
It’s with great sadness that we announce that one of our longest serving employees, Tom Motter, passed away unexpectedly in early July.
Many of us at Universal Medical knew Tom for more than a decade, during which he worked as a Senior Field Service Engineer throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio. Those who met Tom often remarked about his courteous demeanor and desire to do the job right the first time.
When he wasn’t on the clock, Tom enjoyed his favorite pastimes: golf, fishing, and hunting. For most of his adult life, Tom lived in Davenport, Iowa and more recently in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Despite his love of the Midwest, Tom grew up on the East Coast, graduating from Vineland High School, Vineland, New Jersey, Class of 1972.
Tom is survived by his son, Matt Motter of Kansas City, Kansas.
